Meet Pastors, Travis & Malana Bracht

After experiencing the transformative presence, grace, and power of God in their own lives, the Lord called them to raise up a generation of Christ-followers who don’t just talk about Jesus- but live in partnership with Jesus by the Holy Spirit every day and in their families and workplaces.

Travis and Malana Bracht love the Lord and are passionate about raising up others in intimacy with Christ and each other, walking in God’s love and power, and living in their destiny in God’s family. They married in 2014 and have four beautiful and rambunctious children. Travis and Malana collectively have 15 years of ministry experience in the local church and in the marketplace. Travis was licensed and ordained as a youth pastor in 2009, received his B.A. in Business Administration from Sienna Heights University in 2013 and ordained as a senior pastor in 2022 from North Palm Global in Charleston, SC. Malana has served as a worship leader for almost 15 years. Malana has her B.A. in Family Life Education: Marriage & Family from University of Central Oklahoma in 2017 and is a Certified Corporate Chaplain through Corporate Chaplains of America. Both Travis and Malana share the responsibilities of vision, operations, and pastoring the people of Arise Church alongside their Elders and Committee of Executive Overseers.

It is a dream come true to serve as a family dedicated to the priestly service of shepherding the local church. Though their four children are in their early years, it is a privilege and honor for them to be children to imperfect parents called to the ministry of the gospel. They can’t wait to see all of the gifts and plans God has for their children’s lives, inside and outside of the four walls of the local church.

Formerly youth pastors and associate pastors for almost 10 years collectively (2009-2018), Travis and Malana Bracht, said “yes” to God again when He challenged them to leave behind everything familiar to move cross-country with two toddlers in 2019. As their entire family life and then world around them was shaken (including the Covid-19 pandemic), Travis and Malana Bracht experienced the God of faithfulness, miracles, signs, and wonders that prepared them to be senior pastors today of Arise Church UPTOWN Uptown OKC.
